交通大學電子物理系–量子元件實驗室

量子元件實驗室將致力於運用半導體(如矽、三五族化合物半導體及其異質結構)與新穎晶體材料(如石墨烯、二硫化鉬、奈米尺度金屬等等)為基材,進行功能性量子元件之開發並運用此元件進行量子物理現象之研究以及相關次世代計算與記憶元件之應用。

Our group devotes to developing functional quantum devices based on semiconductors (including Si and III-V compounds and their heterostructures) and emergent crystalline materials (e.g., graphene, MoS2, etc) for the investigation of  quantum physics and the applications of next-generation electronic devices.
